Background

In 2019, the company looked to enhance their Amazon-based commerce sites to improve the customization capabilities as well as to make the technology reusable to scale the business. They also needed to elevate their seven sites to ensure PCI compliance, improve site management, add new products, and integrate into fulfillment systems.

Project Highlights

  • In a tight timeframe, Valtira converted these sites from a previous platform to Shopify by completing a page-for-page conversion and launching the sites prior to the seasonal business peak.
  • Valtira also connected Shopify to back-end Oracle systems and upgraded product user experience through Shopify applications and customization which increased revenue year over year.

Following the successful deployment of the initial seven eCommerce sites, the company needed to deploy a new eCommerce site for an additional business. This solution needed to support 100,000+ organizations across the US and Canada and leverage their 1,000+ field sales team to drive sales through the channel.

The new business is focused on selling custom graphics, embroidery, screen printing, 3D viewing, and all colors required for various types of organizations.
