Caribou Coffee is the nation's second largest speciality coffee company. With nearly 500 coffeehouses, Caribou turned to Valtira to deploy their next level website.

With Valtira, Caribou Coffee can personalize content, imagery or promotions based on business rules or user preferences. This provides the site visitor with more relevant information on coffee types or coffeehouses. Marketing staff members can also easily update the site to keep content fresh for site visitors. The company can now also better track initiatives to better understand customer trends and improve marketing ROI.
Highlights of the new site include:
- Interactive Coffee Recommender -- by answering a series of short questions, the site will recommend coffees that fit the guest's preferred flavor profile. Examples include "Smooth and Bold" and "Smoky and Robust"
- Interactive "Build a Drink" feature -- the guest is able to customize a drink just as they order it at their favorite Caribou Coffee location. This will enable them to see real and accurate nutritional information. It can also offer up healthier alternatives or popular alternatives to their favorite drink
- Videos featuring Caribou Coffee roastmasters conducting informational coffee talks on various beans and blends
- Virtual tour of a Caribou Coffee location
- News and new store opening information based on where the customer is located
- An easier-to-navigate and easier-to-read design
Valtira worked together with web agency Miles Interactive to deliver this new website based on the Valtira Online Marketing Platform.
